RS-2 Lowerator pulls out one or two production pallets with dry concrete products from each row of the cassette and positions them on a transport conveyor that transports the production pallet with concrete products to the ASP-1000 automatic station for packing concrete products. Lowerator in the event of a stall (if the forklift operator does not remove the packed transport pallets from the Heavy Duty Conveyor) and the ASP-1000 station does not arrive to pack the previous concrete products from the production pallet board, the RS-2 Lowerator will stop above the transport conveyor until the process resumes.
