Molds for Pavers
For more than five decades, METALIKA has specialized in manufacturing paver molds for concrete block machines, delivering approximately 450 paver molds every year to customers worldwide.
Our paver molds are manufactured using advanced technology:
- Cast from a single piece of steel
- CNC machining of the complete mold core, ensuring zero tolerance in dimensions
- Different hardening processes applied to the core and swords of the mold, depending on customer requirements
Upon request, paver molds can also be:
- Welded from extremely wear-resistant steel
- Manufactured without hardening of the mold core, depending on the intended application
After consultation with METALIKA engineers, each customer receives:
- A technical drawing of the mold
- Proper hanging adapted to the requested vibropress model
- Defined manufacturing technology
- An official commercial offer
